~ Assigns a serviceability code to each building based on it's relationship to the network

~ Compiles all the information into a user friendly database

~ Complete a street by street survey of the system

~ Locate and identify all commercial units

~ Assign a service code to each business unit

~ Collect data for each commercial unit which includes:
Map Number / Building On Map
City / State / Zip Code
Company / Business Name
Street Number and Name / Suite Number
Serviceability Code / Node Number
OH / UG Footage

~ Compile all the information into a database
